Per the terms of the rental contract, rent is due and payable on the first of each month. Any rent remitted after the third of the month will incur a late fee of $25.00. If you are paying after the third of the month, please include this fee with your payment.

Please make sure to indicate the apartment number to which your payment should be applied. Very important!
